In my current role, in conjunction with Align Limited, I am the lead planner on the Universal development at Redhills.  This area of Auckland is undergoing wholesale change from rural to high density compact urban living.  My role has seen me review and recommend approval for bulk earhtworks , green field subdivision for road layouts, residential develop,ment, streamworks and more.

Banks Road Duplex

Designed and gained consent for a modern duplex on a 400m² site.  The property now contains 2 high quality 4 bedroom homes that fit perfectly on the site, taking advantange of the Unitary Plan standards to acheive efficient, compact by high quality living.

Unitary plan

I was lead planner for the Urban Subdivision Chapter for the Auckland Unitary Plan, assisting with formation of the subdivision objectives, policies, standards and criteria.  As part of the process there were a large number of inputs to manage, a large number of submissions to consider and respond to, along with attendance at the public hearings in front of the Independant Hearings Panel. It was a very complex piece of work that required a large amount of collaberation and quick turnarounds
